  1. Is the device connected to the Internet?
  2. Has it been confirmed the issue is not network related?
  3. Can you provide a picture of the ABC terminal desktop (show IP address on right side)?
  4. Have you utilized the ABC Support Directory in the Leadership Library under Operations and ABC & Data Track? This will guide them to either contact ABC Client Service/Tech Support or our internal help team, ABCHelp
