Call Out Instructions: 

  • Business/After Hours: No contact needed. 

 

Leading Questions:

  1. Is it a personal or shared inbox?
  2. Does the application open and load appropriately?
  3. Can you provide a screenshot of the error message?
  4. Look at the bottom right of Outlook window, is there a message that reads, “Connected to: Microsoft Exchange?”
  5. Look at the bottom right of Outlook window, is there a message that reads, "This folder is up to date?”
  6. Has Outlook been restarted?
