Call Out Instructions:
- Business/After Hours: No contact needed.
- Is the monitor powered on?
- Try to confirm where the HDMI cable plugs into the back of the monitor (HDMI 1, 2, 3). Is it powered on and on the proper input?
- Has the Eagle Eye Bridge in the rack been rebooted (inventory is in Woven to verify model number). Most will say 320, 401, 520, 501. Press the power button for 10 seconds and then turn it back on.
- Are there any error messages on the screen?
