Call Out Instructions: 

  • Business/After Hours: No contact needed. 

 

Leading Questions:

  1. Is the timeframe in the last 30 days?
  2. Is it the footage pulled for one of the following categories?
    1. Team Member Incident
    2. Member Incident
    3. Police Report
    4. Theft
  3. Is the request needed for sharing with an external entity? If so, please provide their email address. 
  4. If the request is from law enforcement, do you have a police report number?
  5. Has the footage been scrubbed to minimize the timeframe request?

Resolution Instructions:

  1. Obtain copy of police report if police report
  2. Begin download in Eagle Eye portal
  3. Once download is complete, save video(s) under folder titled with ticket number and date. Include the Police Report in the folder
  4. SharePoint URL is Security Video - Clubs - All Documents (sharepoint.com)
  5. Update Woven ticket with direct link to folder for club
