Introduction
Represent yourself as CCS when you are speaking with Customer staff over the phone.
EXPECTATIONS & PROFESSIONALISM: As with all CCS installations, please arrive onsite clean, well groomed, with all of the required tools (listed below), wearing long pants, a collared shirt tucked in with a belt. Remember that you are an expert telecommunication professional and that your appearance, speech, behavior, and tidiness of the completed work must be becoming of such a professional. The end-user and customer must have complete confidence in your abilities. The expectations are outlined in the professionalism commitment that you signed upon beginning service with CCS. Please read the following checklist before arriving onsite and call CCS at the number listed below with any questions.
IF YOU ENCOUNTER PROBLEMS: If installation problems are encountered which you either cannot resolve or will require additional installation time, immediately notify CCS at the number listed below.

9 AM to 5 PM
After hours service will need to be approved by UFP
