Call Out Instructions:   

  • Business/After Hours: No contact needed.  

 

Leading Questions:

  1. Is there physical damage
  2. Does the device power on?
  3. Is it the manager or kiosk ipad? If kiosk which one (Settings, General, About)
  4. Can you confirm the name and serial number (Settings, General, About)?
  5. Is the device assigned to the wrong club? If so, go Settings, General, Transfer or Reset iPad, Erase All Content and Settings
