Leading Questions:

  1. Is anything else besides Wifi not working (phones, computer hardwired to internet)?
  2. Which Wifi network(s) is having issues?
  3. Are Club Wifi, PFOPs, and iPads all showing as avaialble networks?
  4. Remind that most of the time Wifi down means the internet is down.
