Intro:
Many Keeper Security tickets will be related to not being able to login. There is a virtual machine running an application that should auto-approve logins (since Keeper normal Keeper Security logins require 2 factor authentication, and we use SSO with Microsoft that also requires 2 factor authentication, the program is designed to eliminate the need for Keeper's 2FA. If the virtual machine goes offline, the user ideally authenticates through another logged in instance of Keeper Security, or Admin approval is needed. If available, please try approving on antoher device.

- Test Keeper login in incognito/private window to see if Keeper 2FA is bypassed.
