Login to portal at: https://auth.pureaccess.com/
Note the Office is open from 8:00 - 5:30 Monday - Friday. On the weekends, you can use a personal code to get inside, but will have to have a badge/swipe card, to get into the building (which is locked on the weekend).

Instructions on Adding/Editing/Deleting Users
Add User:
- Click the “Heads” icon in left sidebar
- Click the green “Plus” icon at top right, then Create User
- Enter first name, last name, and email, then click next.
- On the “User Groups” page, click the dropdown and choose “Support Center”
- On the “Credentials” page, choose “Keypad Entry” then select the “Enroll Manually” radio button
- Enter a 4 digit pin
- Verify information on the “Review” page, then click “Create”
- Click the White arrow pointing to the right at the top, then choose “Compile.” Compile must be selected to program any changes to the controller.
Edit or Deactivate a User
- Click the “Heads” icon in left sidebar
- Click the 3 dots at the far right and either “Edit User” or Deactivate User"
- Click the white arrow at the top right, then Compile
The calendar/schedule can also be edited from the Calendar icon in the left sidebar.
