Please submit a ticket to update your OpenSense email signature and provide how you want your name to be displayed and the email address associated with your position.

 

Please run the flow and note that all fields must be completed then wait one hour and then submit a ticket if there are still issues.

 

Have you run the Microsoft Flow to update contact information, and waited at least one hour the information to update?

 

Please check the signature field in the program you are using (Outlook, Outlook on web, phone, tablet) and make sure it is 100% blank. The most common issue is [[#]] appearing in the signature and that will block the signature from stamping. It must be removed.
