Call Out Instructions:   

  • Business/After Hours: No contact needed.  

 

Leading Questions:

  1. Do you need the greeting changed or is the issue with access?
  2. Can you verify the current club hours of operation (and do they match the Field Directory)?

Resolution Instructions:

  1. Login to RingCentral Admin Portal
  2. Click Users
  3. Click Templates, then User Settings
  4. Click the 3 dots to the right of the proper Template, then Apply
  5. Select the square next to the club(s) to add the greeting to
  6. Press Apply
