  • See SOP for WO creation or processing.

Call Out Instructions:   

  • Business/After Hours: No contact needed.

  1. Is the requested either a Club Manager, District Manager, Regional Director or Support Center?
  2. Can you verify the current club hours of operation (and do they match the Field Directory)?

  2. Click Reports
  3. Click Call Logs
  4. Download the call (users can do for themselves and DMs can do for their districts)
  5. Attach the recording to the ticket
