Printer Issue (Normal)

Printer offline, jam or other issue.

  • Work order to be entered into Woven. 
  • See SOP for WO creation or processing.

Call Out Instructions:   

  • Business/After Hours: No contact needed.  

Leading Questions:

  1. Is there physical damage?
  2. Is the device powered on?
  3. Is the computer being used to print either hardwired or connected to PFOps internet? (It will not work on Club Wifi).
  4. What is the printer number (should be a Dex sticker on front of the unit)?
  5. Does the toner need replacing (should be auto-sent)?
  6. If you are in the Support Center, are you using PrinterLogic?
