Resolution Instructions:

  1. Verify software is on the computer
  2. If needed, download from the "Company Portal" application on the computer
  3. Try to connect
  4. If not successful, login to the AirTame portal (login using Microsoft)
  5. Verify the player is online. User may be able to reset the disc/puck behind the TV (most TVs pull out)
