Is your issue due to logging into Keeper Security?
Can you authenticate Keeper Security through another logged in instance of the application (desktop application, another computer, phone, iPad, etc)?

If you are being blocked from logging in (Request AdminApproval or Approve from another device), please Request Admin Approval and submit a ticket. The Help Desk will reset the Keeper Security approval server that runs in the background.
Are you in Club Leadership or the Support Center?
Have you read the Keeper Security documentation in the Leadership Library and has the CM installed the Keeper Security template with folders created for sharing?

Are you using the Microsoft Edge browser? Microsoft Edge is Chromium based and is the only browser we can manage from the backend. The Keeper Security browser extension should be installed in Edge, and you can sign in using SSO. If you are using Chrome, you will need to install the Keeper Security browser extension from the Chrome Store.
